  • Veterinarian/Owner

    Dr. Theresa Jarvey is the lead veterinarian and co-owner at VivaVet Medical Center, where she combines compassionate care with a practical, modern approach to veterinary medicine. With over 15 years of experience in the veterinary field—including the past 10 as a practicing DVM—Dr. Theresa is committed to making high-quality care accessible and tailored to each pet’s needs.

    She grew up in De Pere and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and MBA from St. Matthew’s University and the University of Minnesota. Her well-rounded education supports her strong foundation in both clinical care and veterinary business leadership.

    A devoted mother and proud practice owner, Dr. Theresa understands the importance of family—whether it’s at home or in the exam room. She’s passionate about building long-term relationships with pet owners and guiding them with clear, honest, and informed care decisions.

    Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her young family, cooking, and decorating. Whether she's hosting friends and family for a meal or creating a warm, inviting space at home, she brings the same care and attention to detail that defines her professional life. Her down-to-earth personality and forward-thinking mindset make her a trusted guide for clients and patients here at VivaVet.

  • Certified Veterinary Technician/Leadership & Operations/Owner

    Jamie Koenig is a Certified Veterinary Technician, experienced Practice Manager, and proud co-owner of VivaVet Medical Center. With over 20 years of experience in the veterinary field, Jamie combines her deep knowledge and animal care with strong leadership and operational skills to help create a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality clinic environment. 

     A graduate of Madison Area Technical College and a native of De Pere, Jamie is known for her task-oriented approach, dedication, and unwavering work ethic. She plays a key role in keeping the clinic running smoothly, ensuring both patients and their families receive top-quality care with compassion and efficiency.

    Outside of work, Jamie enjoys spending time at her family cabin, hunting, and distance running. Her love for the outdoors and commitment to staying active mirror her drive and energy in the clinic. Jamie’s blend of experience, focus, and warmth makes her a valued leader and teammate at VivaVet.

  • Certified Veterinary Technician/Leadership & Operations/Owner

    Blaire Hill-Morois brings over three decades of veterinary expertise to VivaVet Medical Center, where she serves as a hands-on leader, operations strategist, and co-owner. As a Certified Veterinary Technician with extensive experience in veterinary practice management, Blaire has built her career around delivering exceptional care and cultivating strong, supportive teams.

    In 2020, Blaire was named Wisconsin’s Veterinary Practice Manager of the Year—an award that reflects her commitment to excellence, mentorship, and patient-focused care. Her leadership style is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a deep understanding of both the clinical and emotional sides of veterinary medicine.

    Beyond the clinic, Blaire finds inspiration in art, nature, decorating, and design. She’s also a proud mom who loves watching her kids play sports and spending quality time with her family. Blaire’s unique combination of creative energy, operational know-how, and heartfelt care makes her an integral force behind VivaVet’s success.

Our Story

Three women. Three mothers. One shared vision.

After working side by side for more than 17 years, Dr. Theresa, Blaire, and Jamie took a leap of faith—and a giant step toward their shared dream. In January 2025, they became the proud owners of VivaVet Medical Center.

They spent years working for a private veterinary practice that was ultimately sold to a veterinary corporation, while they gained valuable experience, they also felt the limitations and ethical challenges that come with corporate-owned medicine. They knew there was a better way: a space where pets, clients, and veterinary teams could thrive in a more personal, connected, and compassionate environment.

With a deep-rooted friendship, mutual respect, and a combined passion for veterinary care, they set out to build something of their own. As mothers, they understand the importance of family—and they’ve brought that same sense of care, trust, and loyalty into the culture of VivaVet.
